Hand building

Hand building is a pottery technique where clay is shaped using simple tools and your hands, without the use of a potter's wheel.

During this 3 hour session, you'll learn the basics of hand building, including how to wedge clay and roll out a slab before creating a piece of your choice. You'll be working with stoneware clay, and your finished piece will be glazed, fired, and ready for collection at a later date.
